1. Presentation of Services

The LibyaAwards program provides certification and recognition services for good practices in energy infrastructure project management in emerging markets. Services include consultancy on financial compliance assessment and standardization of internal audit processes. All service descriptions are accurate and verifiable.

2. Rights and Obligations

LibyaAwards Obligations: Providing certification services in accordance with established professional standards, with transparency and integrity.

User Obligations: Providing complete, accurate, and verifiable information necessary for the evaluation process. The User is responsible for the compliance of the submitted data with applicable legislation.

3. Limitation of Liability

LibyaAwards assumes liability only for services provided directly and within the limits of the contract. We are not liable for:

• Business decisions made by the client based on the certification.
• Indirect, consequential, or reputational losses.
• Non-compliance with legislation by the client or the provision of inaccurate information by the client.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

All service fees are communicated in advance and invoiced. Refund conditions are applied only in the case of early contract termination for reasons concerning LibyaAwards' failure to fulfill its obligations, according to the contractual clauses. No refunds are granted for services already rendered or for a change in the client's decision.

5. Termination of Use

Each party may terminate the collaboration in accordance with the contractual terms. LibyaAwards reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a flagrant violation of these terms or the law.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
